📋 Description

• Own the growth strategy, revenue, and profitability for assigned Insurance accounts • Build trusted relationships with business and technology executives, including C-suite leaders • Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive long-term expansion • Identify new opportunities and expand existing engagements across AI, data, cloud, analytics, and digital transformation • Partner with Quantiphi's AI, engineering, and industry experts to deliver differentiated solutions • Introduce innovative ideas that help clients improve business outcomes and accelerate transformation • Lead complex commercial discussions, negotiations, and account governance • Collaborate across global delivery and leadership teams to ensure exceptional client success

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise technology sales, consulting, or strategic account management experience within the P&C Insurance industry (required) • Proven success building and growing relationships with Tier 1 Insurance carriers and C-level executives • Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts and consistently exceed revenue targets • Strong understanding of Insurance business processes, digital transformation, and industry challenges • Experience selling AI, GenAI, cloud, data, analytics, automation, or digital engineering services • Knowledge of cloud AI platforms such as Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, and modern AI governance practices • Experience structuring and negotiating enterprise commercial agreements, including MSAs and SOWs • Experience partnering with hyperscalers such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure • Strong executive communication, consultative selling, forecasting, and pipeline management skills • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred • Willingness to travel up to 50%
