📋 Description

• Define the program's strategic objectives in collaboration with client stakeholders. • Develop and manage the integrated program plan, aligning technical requirements with business priorities, team capacity, and project timelines. • Architect, implement, and manage Agile framework for the program. • Establish and facilitate the program's cadence, including Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and cross-pillar synchronization meetings. • Lead the end-to-end Program Increment Planning process, from preparation and readiness to facilitation and follow-up, ensuring the creation of a committed and aligned plan for the Agile Release Train. • Proactively identify, track, and drive the resolution of program-level risks and cross-team dependencies to ensure a smooth flow of value delivery. • Provide expert guidance, mentorship, and coaching to Scrum Masters and agile teams. • Serve as the primary point of communication for program status, progress, and metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in a senior role such as Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, or Release Train Engineer, specifically leading large-scale cloud transformation or multi-cloud migration initiatives. • Expert-level knowledge and practical application of Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe) and lean-agile principles. • Proven ability to structure and manage large, multi-pillar technology programs with complex interdependencies. • Mastery of Jira, Confluence, and other agile management tools for managing complex backlogs and reporting on program-level metrics. • Strong competency in cloud migration concepts and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams across AWS, Azure, and GCP. • Exceptional facilitation, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
