📋 Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients in the target market. • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to increase client acquisition and retention. • Prepare and deliver presentations on our staffing solutions to potential clients. • Negotiate contract terms with clients and work towards closing sales. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that boost company visibility and client engagement. • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the industry and current market trends to stay ahead of competition. • Manage a robust pipeline of leads and potential clients, ensuring continuous growth and sales targets are met. • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs. • Liaise with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met promptly and accurately.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. • Minimum of 1 - 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the staffing or HR services industry. • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision. • Personal Attributes: Strong responsibility, urgency, and ability to work independently and in teams. • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Data-driven and highly organized with a focus on detail. • Efficient Delivery: Delivers work efficiently without sacrificing quality or customer experience. • Communication: Excellent communicator, confident with all levels of stakeholders. • Process Optimization: Creates simple, effective processes with attention to detail. • Continuous Improvement: Dedicated to quality and enhancing customer value.
