📋 Description

• Review, approve and onboard ambassador applicants against brand-fit criteria • Manage sample and seeding requests • Run the tiered ambassador structure and rewards • Execute competitions, challenges, giveaways and seasonal campaigns • Identify and develop high-performing ambassadors • Own the affiliate platform, codes, tiers, records and payouts • Reconcile payouts with finance monthly and flag attribution gaps • Manage all ambassador communications, newsletters, promotions and outreach • Segment ambassador communications by experience and tier • Run biweekly live education sessions, including scheduling, hosting, slides, replays and follow-up • Deliver training based on the clinical and ritual curriculum • Source, vet, pitch and recruit influencers and affiliates • Maintain pipelines of practitioner associations, conferences and professional communities • Identify speaking and sponsorship opportunities for the Founder • Support TikTok Shop creator agency operations • Provide monthly performance analysis and test program improvements • Coordinate the annual ambassador retreat, including guest list, invitations, agenda logistics and on-site support

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in affiliate, ambassador, influencer, creator or community management, ideally in wellness, supplements, beauty or CPG • Reliable, consistent execution • Comfortable in affiliate/referral platforms, TikTok Shop, and email/community tools • Natural community host; comfortable on camera and on live calls • Strong organization across tier systems, content calendars and retreats • Coachable and communicative • Able to delegate cleanly • Genuine interest in natural health and ritual • Nice to have: health or nutrition credentials, existing practitioner network, event experience, or a second language
