📋 Description

• Assist customers by problem-solving and de-escalating unique situations • Promote products and improve sales while maintaining a high-paced call volume • Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data • Participate in a required upselling program by identifying customer needs • Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ months of service experience • Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment • Good communication skills with a variety of customer styles • Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens • Must provide own Microsoft PC • Ability to troubleshoot technical problems in partnership with IT
