📋 Description

• Accurately and efficiently input, update, and maintain large volumes of data into our company databases and computer systems. • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output. • Verify data accuracy and completeness by comparing it to source documents. • Organise and manage files and documents to ensure they are easily accessible. • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations. • Comply with data integrity and security policies to ensure confidentiality. • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and support various projects as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a data entry or similar administrative role. • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with strong skills in MS Excel. • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • High level of integrity and a professional approach to handling confidential information. • Familiarity with financial data or working in a technology-focused environment is desirable but not essential.
