📋 Description

• Accurately and efficiently enter data from various source documents into our databases and software systems. • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output. • Maintain and update records, ensuring all information is current and valid. • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations. • Uphold data integrity and confidentiality standards at all times. • Organise and sort source documents to prepare them for data entry. • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar role. • Excellent typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel. • Familiarity with administrative duties and data management practices. • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • High school diploma; further computer training or certification will be an asset.
