📋 Description

• Lead the team through hands-on development using SQL and occasionally Python, creating data visualizations in Tableau, Power BI, or similar, and designing data models in Snowflake, Databricks, or similar platforms • Lead the design, deployment, and continuous optimization of end-to-end data pipelines and analytical environments using BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Looker • Lead projects and teams through project setup, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment • Facilitate workshops, provide status updates, and lead meetings across executive levels of client organizations • Ensure user satisfaction through consistent support and high-quality project execution • Translate complex business challenges into actionable plans • Identify risks and issues and provide mitigation strategies • Contribute to internal growth initiatives, including mentorship, recruitment, strategy, and methodology enhancement • Support enterprise data architecture and ensure integrated, high-quality data across systems and business units

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Project Management, Process, Implementation, System Integration, and SDLC experience working closely with data professionals in an Agile environment • 7+ years in a consulting or data-focused role • Expert-level SQL experience, particularly with Snowflake, Databricks, Teradata, Redshift, BigQuery, MS SQL Server or similar • Hands-on experience with business-driven/self-service BI using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar • Experience designing and building relational databases and/or data warehouses • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • Eagerness to help build and lead a best-in-class data practice • Experience in Media & Entertainment and/or Consumer Products industries • Experience at a large consulting firm • Cloud computing experience with AWS or other vendors • Ability to automate data-related tasks using scripts and programming languages • Ability to profile, explore, and analyze data to identify common data patterns • Ability to present data solutions to business stakeholders with clear business acumen • Familiarity with dbt
