📋 Description

• Develop and maintain high-fidelity vehicle physics models and sub-models to enhance simulation toolsets. • Continuously validate and correlate models with real-world track and rig data to ensure robust, reliable simulation results. • Research and implement cutting-edge technologies to evolve simulation capabilities and meet engineering requirements. • Work cross-functionally with race engineers, performance analysts, and control engineers to provide solutions that support technical decision-making. • Ensure simulation tools and models remain at the forefront of accuracy and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related field. • Strong background in mechanics and vehicle dynamics. • Prior experience in modelling, simulation, or performance engineering within motorsport or high-performance automotive environments is essential • Proficiency in engineering simulation software and object-oriented programming (Python, MATLAB, C++ preferred). • Strong mathematical and analytical skills, particularly in multibody dynamics and numerical methods. • Familiarity with race car dynamics, control systems, and aerodynamic modelling. • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to engineering challenges. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills—able to work closely with a multidisciplinary team. • Passionate about motorsport, performance engineering, and continuous learning.
