📋 Description

• Conduct complex financial analysis supporting equity planning, physician partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives • Build detailed financial models and analyze large datasets to evaluate financial performance and identify opportunities • Prepare and present financial analyses, memoranda, and presentations to management, senior leadership, and equity holders • Maintain accurate equity records and support equity administration • Prepare or review financial statements and schedules • Manage multiple projects • Communicate with Investor Relations and equity stakeholders • Handle day-to-day equity-related requests

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, corporate development, or strategy • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred • Knowledge of contracts, legal and financial concepts to support business and equity-related initiatives • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and analysis • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Outlook • Radiology Partners participates in E-Verify
