📋 Description

• Build and maintain the full GTM P&L, connecting bookings, ARR, revenue, and Sales & Marketing investment • Serve as finance business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Operations • Analyze pipeline, sales capacity, pricing, go-to-market investments, and unit economics • Build and maintain CAC, LTV, payback, and magic number analyses • Own and defend bookings, ARR, and revenue forecasts • Drive annual operating plan, monthly reforecast, and rolling long-range plan • Run scenario analysis across growth, retention, and capacity • Own the Finance section of the board package and deliver weekly topline and KPI reporting • Build and maintain revenue and retention KPI frameworks and governed definitions • Prepare ad-hoc analyses for the VP, CFO, and PE sponsor • Own revenue, bookings/ARR, and pipeline models • Lead the Senior Financial Analyst responsible for model development and maintenance • Champion topline data quality and partner with Business Systems on bookings-to-ARR data foundations • Support M&A integration initiatives affecting customer, bookings, ARR, and revenue normalization

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or revenue finance, with direct topline/revenue ownership • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments and comfort with change and building where structure is still forming • Deep command of subscription/ARR economics, including bookings, billings, ARR/MRR, GRR/NRR, CAC/LTV, ideally in SaaS • Exceptional financial modeling skills • Fluency with NetSuite and FP&A planning tools • Executive communication skills, including distilling complex data into decision-ready insight and building consensus across GTM and finance • Experience utilizing AI to increase efficiency and effectiveness is strongly preferred • Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Business
