📋 Description

• Take inbound leads online or by phone and convert them into closed mortgage applications • Work with the documents fulfillment team to support mortgage applications • Ensure a smooth mortgage application process for clients • Provide insight and continuously improve the customer experience • Handle customer complaints when they arise • Maintain the Certified Mortgage Agent designation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of mortgage sales experience • Valid Mortgage License in Alberta • Certified Mortgage Agent designation must be maintained • Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building skills • Proficient in using sales tools and software • Ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail • Ability to break down complex information for clients • Resourceful and able to find answers • Proactive and comfortable staying busy • Positive attitude • Strong financial aptitude • Excellent customer service skills
