📋 Description

• Design and build backend services, APIs, and integrations that are scalable, observable, and secure • Architect and implement systems using modern languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Node.js, .NET, Go, Python) • Apply principles of modularity, testing, and continuous delivery to ensure resilience and maintainability • Integrate with cloud-native services and automate deployment through CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code • Collaborate with frontend, platform, and data engineers to deliver complete, reliable solutions • Participate in code and design reviews - raising quality through thoughtful feedback and shared learning • Demonstrate ownership and urgency in delivery - communicating risks early, iterating visibly, and focusing on outcomes • At higher levels: mentor peers, contribute to architectural decisions, and influence technical direction within your team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in one or more modern languages (Java, C#, Go, Python, TypeScript/Node.js) • Experience building and maintaining RESTful or event-driven APIs, and integrating with third-party or internal systems • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP • Understanding of CI/CD, testing automation, observability, and infrastructure-as-code • Working knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching, and data access patterns • A collaborative mindset — comfortable discussing trade-offs and seeking the best path to value • Consulting excellence: clear communication, prioritization, and adaptability in changing client environments
