📋 Description

• Process medical claims • Resolve issues effectively • Provide assistance in billing • Respond to inquiries in a timely manner • Coach physicians on OHIP Billing • Manage medical billing claims, including refusals and rejections • Communicate with physicians to problem solve inquiries • Use billing skills and knowledge to provide a positive customer experience • Contribute to improving customer experience and claims outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Proven OHIP Billing work experience (2+ years) • 4+ years of administrative and customer service experience • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Great attention to detail and customer-focused mindset • A strong understanding of general computer knowledge • Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously • Outstanding personal skills and be able to work well in a team • Completion of certified courses - Medical Billing or equivalent (nice-to-have) • Remote work experience (nice-to-have)
