📋 Description

• Review equity, commodity, and other research materials for global regulatory compliance • Ensure all content meets the firm's established guidelines • Coordinate with global staff on formatting, production, and distribution of research products • Partner with Research Management and Legal to provide guidance on daily operational issues • Work collaboratively with regular interaction and weekly conference calls • Work independently as a self-motivated individual

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Flexibility to work extended or varied hours during earnings season • FINRA Series 16 license • Previous experience as an equity analyst (preferred) • Prior experience as an equity Supervisory Analyst (SA) (preferred) • Familiarity with Blue Matrix (preferred) • Ability to work North American evening hours: Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM ET (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM PT)
