📋 Description

• Sell Silversea cruises and related shore side products and services through inbound consumer contacts • Handle inbound calls and chat through the guest's sailing date • Evaluate guest needs and recommend suitable products • Create accurate reservations and service existing reservations • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets • Manage high-volume workloads and optimize sales using a scripted process • Maximize closing and upselling opportunities throughout the customer relationship • Provide personalized luxury customer service • Capture guest information and payments using company technology and processes • Pass information from unsuccessful sales opportunities to support marketing ROI • Collaborate with global sales and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term sales goals • Handle call volume efficiently with management • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes • Perform other related duties as required
