📋 Description

• Develop and implement end-to-end strategies for paid social channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs • Continuously optimize bids, creatives, and audience targeting to maximize ROI/ROAS, monitoring performance and adjusting in real-time • Propose, implement, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to improve campaign performance, traffic, and conversion rates across key touchpoints • Work closely with the Performance Creative Specialist and Creative Producer to provide briefs and optimize creative assets for higher engagement and better performance • Manage campaign budgets effectively, focusing on maximizing returns across channels • Collaborate with the Analyst to analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and refine acquisition strategies based on insights

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in managing at-scale, performance based campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.), for iOS apps • Strong ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance based on insights • Ability to operate independently, take initiative, make quick decisions, and adapt to changes in performance or market conditions • Deep understanding of how paid acquisition campaigns contribute to business goals such as user growth and revenue • Expertise in ad platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube • Strong knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau, MMPs like AppsFlyer) • Ability to interpret and work with large datasets to inform campaign decisions • Familiarity with A/B testing, creative testing frameworks, and their automation
