📋 Description

• Drive architecture decisions, code quality, and engineering best practices. • Mentor and support engineers through regular feedback and guidance. • Collaborate with product and design to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Own the technical roadmap for your team and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. • Work on secure communication with end-to-end encryption as part of the platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced developers with CS degree or equivalent knowledge and 6+ years of professional coding. • Production experience with React and/or Golang (or other C-family languages). • Experience (1-2+ years) managing a team of developers and acting as tech lead. • Value empathy and contribute to a positive work environment. • Comfortable with advanced topics: build pipelines, bundle analysis, caching, rendering, database optimisation. • Experience with CI and testing frameworks. • Desire to become a technical owner of part of the code base. • Proactive and proficient in full product development flow: asking questions, clarifying specs, etc. • Written questions/requirements/docs in a remote setup.
