Recraft is an AI-powered design platform that helps designers, creatives, and teams generate and edit images and vectors. Using Recraft’s proprietary V3 text-to-image model, it produces photorealistic images, accurate on-image text, and production-ready SVG vectors while preserving brand styles and consistency. The product includes tools such as image upscaling, raster-to-vector conversion, mockup generation, background removal, inpainting/outpainting, logo and icon generation, and an infinite-canvas workflow for collaboration.

📋 Description

• Produce paid ad creative, including static, motion, and UGC-style edits, for Meta, Google, and TikTok • Own the creative testing pipeline end to end: form hypotheses, ship creative, read results, and iterate on winners • Translate performance data such as hook rate and CTR into subsequent creative iterations • Use Recraft Studio as the primary production tool • Feed production learnings back to the product team • Maintain brandbook consistency while adapting tone by placement and audience • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager, UA Manager, Creative team, and product teams • Bring original ideas rather than only executing detailed briefs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years creating performance and paid-acquisition creative • A portfolio of ads that actually ran, with context on what won and why • Comfortable with static and motion work using Figma or Photoshop, plus After Effects, Premiere, or CapCut • Strong understanding of hooks, the first three seconds, text hierarchy, platform specifications, and policy limits • Hands-on experience using AI image or video tools in a real production workflow • Experience with design tools, creative SaaS, or dev tools (nice to have) • Vector or 3D skills (nice to have) • Ad copywriting skills (nice to have) • In-house product company experience, ideally with a subscription product (nice to have) • Experience growing an audience as a creator or influencer on Instagram or TikTok (nice to have)
