• Proven experience in a personal assistant or relevant administrative role. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google suite, and other relevant tools. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely. • High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work requirements. • High school diploma (additional qualifications as a personal assistant are a plus). • Experience in content creation for YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. • Familiarity with Zoom and or other communication tools. • Experience with CRM systems. • A stable internet connection and preparation for load shedding are essential.
