âą Maximize revenue from assigned customers âą Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders âą Act as the primary point of contact for customers âą Understand iGaming trends and consult clients accordingly âą Track client feedback and share insights with the Product team âą Represent the company at iGaming events and exhibitions âą Regularly update the Head of Account Management on key metrics âą Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders
âą Minimum 3 years in iGaming âą B2B Account Management experience âą Strong Sales & Business Development background âą Deep understanding of iGaming trends and products âą Fluent in English; Russian proficiency preferred âą Ability to handle Tier 1 customers âą Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills âą Self-motivated and proactive âą Comfortable in a fast-paced environment âą Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
