• Manage the Creator Community & Growth Manager, social media, content functions • Lead as a player-coach • Build the operating rhythm for the growth team • Grow the public profile of Jobstream™ and the Career Creator Network™ • Partner with client delivery team • Manage and grow the Career Creator Network™ • Own the creator lifecycle from onboarding through long-term retention • Run a social and video first content operation • Contribute to the product roadmap by relaying user/creator community or market signals
