⢠Provide technical assistance and office support to internal associates ⢠Monitor servers and backups and investigate incidents ⢠Coordinate telephony needs according to defined processes ⢠Implement improvements and upgrades to desktops and servers ⢠Document and follow up on incidents using SYSAID (ITIL)
đŻ Requirements
⢠Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field ⢠6 years' experience as a systems administrator ⢠Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or Microsoft MCDST certification ⢠Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and LDAP ⢠Practical experience with secure VPNs and Cisco firewalls ⢠Excellent customer service skills ⢠Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment ⢠Mandatory ability to communicate clearly in English and French
