• Coordinate and manage calendars for senior executives, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups. • Confirm viewings, meetings, and calls with clients, agents, and service providers. • Communicate professionally with high-net-worth individuals, maintaining discretion and a polished tone at all times. • Assist with documentation, regulatory requirements, and ensure all files are up to date and compliant. • Maintain and update client records using CRM systems; track interactions and follow-ups. • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Support property listings, marketing efforts, and internal communications.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably in real estate or a luxury service industry. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
