📋 Description

• Work with product managers to design and implement Ads products • Collaborate closely with the platform and data teams while building new features • Lead processes to improve operational stability, including improving code quality and delivering dashboards and data visualizations • Build extensible components aligned with product objectives • Support day-to-day project management, including communicating project updates, managing project timelines, and overseeing project execution • Develop microservices and APIs powering the advertiser-facing ads.reddit.com product • Build distributed systems that deliver the right ad to the right user at the right time • Develop backends for interactive ad experiences such as Polls and Games • Build real-time, data-intensive systems measuring ad campaign performance • Work on supporting infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages (Java, Scala, Go, C++, Python) • Able to take complete ownership of a feature or project • Experience working in the Ads domain is a bonus • Experience or interest in the advertising business and understanding customer needs is a bonus
