📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of fullstack engineers • Collaborate with designers and product managers to discover and build new Ad functionality and products • Maintain and enhance the team culture of fast iteration, experimentation, and collaboration • Ensure the long term success of both the product and the growth of our people • Participate in and be the ultimate owner of the full development cycle: product ideation, design, development, QA, experimentation, analysis, and launch • Collaborate with multiple teams across the entire company to make SMBs successful on reddit • Build products to acquire, create, launch, and optimize creatives and assets for advertisers • Deliver a user experience that’s intuitive for our advertisers and apply latest technologies including LLMs and AI to improve performance and productivity

🎯 Requirements

• Product-focused fullstack engineering leadership experience • Leadership experience working across multiple teams • 5+ years of experience in software engineering • Experience partnering with product managers and designers • Knowledge of full stack product development practices (Frontend and Backend) • Knowledge of social products, ad products, or advertiser tooling • Proficiency with TypeScript • Proficiency with Go • Proficiency with Python • Experience with React • Experience with Thrift, Baseplate, Kafka, and Airflow • Experience with Postgres, Cassandra, Druid, Redis, and BigQuery • Experience with Kubernetes, Argo, and Docker
