📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive vision for the omnichannel practice • Identify market trends and client needs to create service offerings that drive growth • Lead as a trusted advisor for clients • Secure and lead a $3 million annual book of business • Generate thought leadership to capitalize on industry trends • Partner with clients to define omnichannel objectives • Oversee the creation of customer engagement journeys • Provide executive-level guidance on digital platform integration • Develop measurement frameworks to track value and impact

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business-related fields • 10+ years in management consulting, advisory and/or digital strategy for Life Sciences • Strong history of successfully selling and growing consulting revenues with at least $3 million sourced sales in the previous 2-3 years • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance in omnichannel engagement • Extensive knowledge of digital platforms, CRM systems, and omnichannel engagement technologies • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to lead client work and accounts • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
