📋 Description

• Serve as both a strategic technology leader and hands-on technical expert • Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy for Digital Experience projects • Design and lead the implementation of complex digital solutions • Establish and maintain architectural principles, patterns, reference architectures, and technical standards • Define and operationalize the team's AI-augmented development stack • Conduct technical reviews and provide architectural oversight for critical projects • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions • Develop proof-of-concepts and technical prototypes • Own technical estimation and scoping for complex projects • Collaborate with UX leadership and contribute to productization efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development and architecture • 3+ years in technical leadership or architecture roles • Strong background in designing and implementing complex technical solutions for web applications • Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, cloud platforms, and distributed systems • Strong expertise in multiple technology stacks and development frameworks • Experience with modern development practices including DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure as code • Proficiency in API design and integration patterns • Demonstrated success in client-facing technical roles • Experience in design retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, conversational interfaces, and intelligent content systems for pharma/healthcare use cases • Outstanding communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required.
