📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We’re looking for students of Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration to join our team in Argentina. • Support daily HR and administrative tasks • Help coordinate internal communications • Assist in organizing employee records and documents • Collaborate on onboarding and offboarding processes • Support the recruiting process: post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates

• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • High level of empathy, discretion, and active listening • Strong sense of organization and attention to detail • Proactive mindset and willingness to contribute ideas and improvements • Positive, can-do attitude and desire to be an active part of the team • Advanced English • Currently studying Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration • Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel
