📋 Description

• Own the core experience roadmap end to end and translate business strategy into sequenced, testable bets • Defend prioritization to the Director of Product and CEO • Personally lead market and competitive research, prototyping, specification writing, and launches • Build and use agent-assisted workflows daily • Design, run, and interpret A/B tests on engagement, conversion, and retention • Tie initiatives to conversion, retention, LTV, or revenue impact and own North Star and input metrics • Partner with Design, Engineering, QA, and the in-house overseas technical team • Mentor Associate and mid-level Product hires • Communicate roadmap decisions, risks, and results at Director and CEO level

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 5+ years of product management experience • 3+ years owning a consumer-facing B2C web or mobile product • Specific, measurable product growth outcomes and a referenceable growth track record • Daily, fluent use of Claude, Claude Code, or comparable agentic AI tools • Ability to personally drive research, prototyping, specification, and launch • Strong UX and design judgment • Technical fluency reading APIs and data schemas, using basic SQL, and writing buildable specifications • Fluency in conversion, LTV, retention, monetization, and payback period • Outstanding written communication • Track record of extreme ownership and independent execution • Experience with dating, social, subscription, or marketplace products is a strong plus • Experience with agent orchestration or MCP-based workflows is nice to have • Portfolio, prototypes, case studies, or technical writing is nice to have • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel is nice to have • Hands-on experience with native iOS and/or Android products is nice to have
