📋 Description

• Run rapid experiments across different combinations of ICP, messaging, and channel • Run some tests yourself end-to-end, and for others rely on their outside agency partners to execute. • Analyze test results across calls, CRM data, and lead lists to identify what's working and not • Work directly with the founder to shape and prioritize the testing roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• Been a growth "hacker", or other similar experiment-focused growth leader, that can devise, run, and measure experiments rapidly • A product marketing skillset that can identify the right ICP, messaging, and channel combos • Experience in early-stage, VC-backed B2B startups that sold to mid-market and enterprise buyers • Highly analytical and data-oriented • Comfortable working on an hourly basis (not retainer), tracking your hours, and moving with efficiency • Nice-to-haves: Former founder, Experience handling outreach execution yourself vs. relying on others, Worked with highly technical or data-heavy enterprise products.
