📋 Description

• Provide accurate and timely product selection guidance based on customer requirements. • Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, including Product Design, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment and smooth execution. • Communicate professionally across multiple channels, including phone, email, and video conferencing. • Deliver basic post-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical inquiries. • Leverage internal resources to address and resolve customer needs. • Prepare and document pricing proposals for modified or customized product configurations. • Support field sales teams in managing accounts and driving product direction, profitability, growth, and achievement of sales objectives. • Contribute to the development of standard procedures and policies that promote lean office practices and performance metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, or a related discipline. • Prior exposure to application engineering or technical support is preferred (entry level). • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma methodologies preferred. • Solid understanding of engineering and manufacturing principles. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. • Strong communication and presentation abilities. • Restrictions imposed by federal export control laws may limit this job opportunity to candidates who are a "U.S. Person," including U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, U.S. permanent residents, individuals granted asylum in the United States, and refugees in the United States.
