📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end operationalization of Point of Care products and partners from concept through launch • Manage pilot projects and lead cross-functional teams • Develop SOPs, technology specifications, vendor and client specification documents, Workfront templates, and Sales and Account decks • Translate product strategy into workflows, intake requirements, and execution playbooks • Define roles, responsibilities, SLAs, and handoffs across internal teams and external partners • Own cross-functional launch readiness, including checklists, timelines, and risk mitigation plans • Confirm products are ready to sell, execute, and support • Define requirements and confirm readiness with vendors and platform partners • Document specifications, SLAs, and escalation paths • Support partner onboarding, QA, and ongoing performance reviews • Define operational requirements and real-world use cases with Technology and SDS teams • Support UAT and launch readiness • Deliver training for Sales, internal teams, and key stakeholders • Create and maintain SOPs, workflow documentation, requirements documents, and product playbooks • Hand off ongoing management to functional leaders after products go live • Monitor adoption, execution quality, and operational performance • Gather feedback and drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Implementation, Marketing Operations, or Ad Operations • Proven experience designing and documenting processes and implementing them in a prior role • Experience managing third-party vendors and partner relationships • Experience building and directing cross-functional teams • Experience managing pilot projects • Strong process design, documentation, and cross-functional leadership skills • Ability to operationalize products with both internal and external partners • Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity without direct authority • Proficiency with Microsoft products • Experience with EHR, healthcare advertising, ad tech, or other regulated digital products is a plus • Agency or pharma experience is a plus • Familiarity with Workfront or similar project management tools is a plus • Experience working with Legal, Procurement, and Technology teams on vendor onboarding is a plus • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • This position is not eligible for employer sponsorship now or in the future
