📋 Description
• Lead the accessibility program for a broad portfolio of Clinical Solutions products • Ensure products meet evolving accessibility standards • Set strategy and oversee execution • Guide teams to embed accessibility into product development practices • Own conformance documentation (VPATs/ACRs) • Partner with Legal on ADA Title III obligations • Drive Cross-Functional Execution across product lines • Coordinate a network of accessibility champions • Own triage for incoming accessibility issues • Work with content authoring teams for accessibility
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years in product management • at least 2 years owning a digital accessibility or compliance program • Deep working knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2, Section 508, and ADA Title III • Experience producing and defending VPATs / Accessibility Conformance Reports • Proven ability to inherit an existing program, assess its maturity, and drive measurable improvement • Experience coordinating distributed ownership models • Technical fluency for conversations with front-end engineers • Experience navigating Legal stakeholders • Strong preference for background in health tech, SaaS, or enterprise software
