• Own and develop the organic social media strategy, starting with LinkedIn, to grow presence and drive engagement • Build and manage a network of B2B creators, influencers, and partners in the global HR, payroll, and tech space • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of community events, including exhibitions and smaller events in UK, Riyadh and Dubai • Engage in relevant online communities (e.g., targeted subreddits) by adding value and sparking conversations • Collaborate with Partnerships and Growth teams to execute co-marketing webinars and partner-led content distribution • Own the merchandise program to support team and advocates at events • Build brand presence and a distribution engine to increase brand awareness
• 3-5+ years of experience in community management, social media marketing, or event marketing • Preferably experience within a B2B SaaS or tech environment • Proven track record of growing a B2B social media presence, especially on LinkedIn • Experience planning and executing high-quality events, from online webinars to offline, high-touch dinners • Experience identifying, building relationships with, and managing B2B creators, influencers, and partners • Strong copywriting skills and ability to adapt a brand's tone of voice for different channels • Strategic thinking with willingness to execute hands-on tasks • Experience driving co-marketing initiatives and collaborating with Partnerships and Growth teams
