• Oversee the full lifecycle of independent contractors, including onboarding, documentation, and offboarding. • Develop and maintain contractor agreements in line with compliance and operational needs. • Serve as the main point of contact for contractor support, addressing queries, documentation requests, and workflow setup. • Implement and refine HR systems and processes tailored to contractor needs. • Track contract terms, renewal dates, and compliance across multiple service providers. • Work closely with leadership to forecast contractor resourcing needs and streamline operations. • Stay updated on contractor-related laws and best practices, ensuring all processes align with current standards. • Support initiatives to boost contractor satisfaction, communication, and retention.
• Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience, with at least 2 years working with independent contractors. • Strong understanding of contractor workforce management, including agreements, onboarding, and remote operations. • Familiarity with labour and compliance considerations (specific to independent contractors). • Experience using HR software/tools for contractor recordkeeping and automation. • Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills. • Self-driven and able to operate independently as a service provider to the business. • Access to a reliable internet connection and personal laptop or PC is essential.
