• Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Local) and Facebook/Instagram Ads • Collaborate with Marketing Advisors, developers, and project managers to align campaigns with business goals • Allocate budgets effectively and monitor pacing to maximize ROI • Generate reports, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights • Write ad copy and support basic creative production (e.g., Canva for display ads) • Set up tracking and analytics (Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, landing page collaboration) • Mentor and support junior paid media specialists (senior hire only) • Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and new opportunities for performance improvement
• 5+ years of experience in paid media campaign management (flexible for strong portfolio candidates) • Proven ability to plan and optimize campaigns for measurable results • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and analytics/reporting tools • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategy • Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, and project coordination tools • Strong communication and teamwork skills for internal collaboration • Basic English proficiency acceptable (no direct client calls required) • Portfolio evidence of past campaigns (metrics, screenshots, Loom walkthroughs) • Experience leading or mentoring paid media teams • Knowledge of HubSpot, CallRail, and full marketing attribution setup
