📋 Description

• Serve as the face of Renalogic to assigned clients • Manage the end-to-end client experience • Take accountability for new-client implementation • Collaborate with clients to ensure all clinical teams receive the client information necessary • Ensure client information is entered and updated in relevant systems • Distribute regular program reporting and present value and impact to clients and stakeholders • Engage groups through client stewardship meetings, on-site events, and relationship-building activities • Report on client KPIs and distribute quarterly client reports to key client contacts • Develop relationships with key client contacts and other stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field • At least four years of relevant professional experience in contract management and client management within the health insurance industry • Experience in the self-funded health insurance space, with familiarity of brokerages, TPA, and stoploss is strongly preferred • Experience with Zoho or similar CRM systems is highly preferred • Ability and willingness to travel multiple times a year, which will include overnight stays for corporate gatherings, conferences, and health fairs • Strong technological skills, meaning you can effectively and efficiently use computers, peripheral equipment, and applications/systems, including Microsoft products • Autonomous self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and navigate change • Strong written and oral communication skills
