📋 Description

• Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. • Acquire and consolidate data from multiple software platforms, including legacy systems, to provide comprehensive analysis. • Conduct cross-functional data analysis, exploring correlations between diverse data sets such as productivity, customer feedback, and safety metrics to drive business insights and strategic decision-making. • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets from diverse sources. • Assist in the planning and eventual consolidation of multiple systems into a unified platform. • Report on findings and suggest improvements to ensure efficient territory cost management and customer satisfaction. • Any other duties relevant to data and business analysis as may be assigned from time to time.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. • Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst, with a strong capability in handling multiple data sources. • Demonstrated experience using AI-powered analytics and automation tools to improve operational efficiency, streamline reporting, generate business insights, and support data-drive decision making. • Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases, and programming. • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets. • Experience with logistics and route optimization tools such as Route4Me, Llamasoft, or similar. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information from various sources with attention to detail and accuracy. • Familiarity with multiple software platforms and the ability to extract and consolidate data effectively. • Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
