📋 Description

• Lead the HR technology portfolio and roadmap in partnership with HRIS leadership, HR business owners, and stakeholders • Lead cross-functional projects involving Workday and other HR technology solutions • Own and execute Workday system administration, including configuration, business processes, security and compliance, notifications, data and configuration migration, and knowledge transfer • Lead planning, support, and execution of user acceptance cycles • Identify and document relevant test scenarios and test cases • Mentor lower-level HRIS Analysts and provide functional support for assigned Workday modules • Implement process improvements and policy changes to improve efficiency and user experience • Partner with the business and Functional CoEs to analyze issues and data and leverage Workday to enhance services • Participate in and lead project requirements-gathering sessions • Produce documentation including business process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, data definition documents, decision trees, logic diagrams, requirements documents, and user experience flows • Partner with implementation readiness teams to assess user needs and prepare teams for process and tool changes • Support and evolve the HRIS technology portfolio and roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR, HRIS, Business or related field OR equivalent years of experience • 8+ years’ experience in Workday HRIS administration and configuration • 8+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional environment • Working knowledge of HR systems and processes with a background implementing HR solutions • Familiarity with employee life cycle transactions: new hire onboarding, leaves, employee benefits, terminations, etc. • Strong knowledge of HRIS database design, structure, functions, and processes • Experience with database tools • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management ability • Advanced technical capability to build, modify, and optimize complex Workday business process workflows and system rules • Experience executing EIB loads and constructing multi-layered reports • Ability to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve a high volume of day-to-day user tickets • Experience testing system patches, validating routine updates, and conducting data integrity audits • Ability to synthesize ambiguous requirements into structured system processes • No sponsorship available
