📋 Description

• Establish project objectives, feasibility, purpose, scope, and goals • Develop business case documents justifying project need and profit potential • Establish project budgets, timelines, task lists, resources, financing, materials, and project plans • Oversee planned tasks through team management and leadership • Resolve issues, adjust timelines and budgets, and ensure deadlines are met • Monitor project progress, budgets, performance, workflow requirements, and quality expectations • Communicate task and workflow status with stakeholders, management, and team members • Coordinate deliverables with vendors • Create comprehensive project briefs and presentations • Develop after-action reviews and conduct project-team meetings to document process improvements • Manage and coordinate cross-border shipments of lithium-ion batteries for customers • Manage scheduling, customer communication, shipping documents, waste profiles, import/export requirements, paperwork tracking, reporting, and final invoicing

🎯 Requirements

• 2 - 4 Years of overall relevant work experience • Experience guiding a project through the complete Project Life Cycle: project initiation, project planning, project execution, project monitoring and controlling, and project closing • Organizational skills, including attention to detail and progress monitoring • Ability to complete projects according to scope, budget, and timeline • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with project management software tools and best practices, such as Microsoft Office, Trello, Slack, or Microsoft Project • Critical thinking and problem solving skills • Management skills, including team-leading and building, decision-making, and task delegation • Ability to coordinate a budget for projects, including payroll, analysis, and budget reporting • Strong understanding of RCRA and DOT requirements • Understanding of Canadian regulations is a plus • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred • Up to 10% travel
