📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients • Lead kickoff calls, status updates, strategy reviews, and reporting primarily over Zoom • Translate client goals into project plans and set expectations for timelines and deliverables • Drive retention, satisfaction, and renewals by surfacing wins and addressing concerns • Plan, execute, and deliver multiple concurrent client projects on scope and schedule • Use Basecamp to organize tasks, track progress, and align stakeholders • Maintain documentation, timelines, and reporting in Google Sheets and Docs • Manage project budgets, track spend against scope, and flag profitability risks • Partner with leadership on scoping, pricing inputs, and resource allocation • Coordinate internal team members and manage external vendors and contractors • Improve delivery operations and standard operating procedures • Apply technology and AI to improve outcomes, reduce manual effort, and control costs • Use proprietary software, AI-assisted tools, Ahrefs, and SEO/analytics platforms to execute and measure reputation campaigns • Report directly to the Managing Director

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or project management in a client-facing role • Proven track record managing multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously • Hands-on experience managing project budgets and coordinating internal team members, contractors, or vendors • Excellent written and verbal communication • Comfortable leading daily client calls on Zoom • Highly organized, strong follow-through, and able to work independently in a fully remote setting • Reside in Texas • Authorized to work in the U.S. • Able to work standard U.S. business hours • Able to work professionally and without judgment with clients • Experience in online reputation management, public relations, digital marketing, SEO, or a related agency environment preferred • Familiarity with Ahrefs or similar SEO/analytics tools preferred • Exposure to Wikipedia editing standards or content/editorial workflows preferred • Familiarity with Basecamp and Google Workspace preferred

• Total target earnings of $75,000–$90,000 per year, including performance-based commission • Fully remote work within Texas • Flexible schedule with standard U.S. business hours • Three weeks of paid time off per year, and sometimes more, after one year of service, combining vacation and sick leave • Company health insurance, with company contributions toward individual coverage up to a set amount • 401(k) with company match
