📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid- to senior-level, specialist and executive roles • Conduct full-cycle sales and business development efforts • Partner with clients to understand role requirements, team dynamics and business goals • Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates across international markets • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments, potentially including psychometric evaluations • Build trust-based candidate relationships and maintain an active talent pipeline • Advise clients on market insights, talent availability, salary benchmarks and hiring strategies • Collaborate with internal consultants to align client expectations and delivery outcomes • Manage recruitment activity and candidate progress in CRM and recruitment tools • Drive new client acquisition through outreach, relationship building and client meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, headhunting or executive search • Full end-to-end recruitment experience strongly preferred • Ideally experience in sales, business development or a commercially driven recruitment role • Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English • Swedish is an advantage • Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify and engage passive candidates • Experience working with corporate clients and hiring managers in a consultative manner • Experience recruiting for international markets highly valued • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment • Proactive, quality-driven and detail-oriented mindset with strong ownership of results • Openness to occasional travel in line with client needs
