📋 Description

• Sell ResMed products and solutions to customers in an assigned territory and/or specific accounts • Execute account strategy defined by sales leaders to attain sales objectives and quota • Understand customers’ businesses to identify needs and selling opportunities • Enhance customer relationships through virtual customer visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, product in-services, and problem resolution • Position ResMed products and services adoption to improve customer and patient outcomes • Develop and grow customer relationships within assigned accounts and with account managers • Ensure quality customer service and experience • Act as the single point of customer contact to coordinate service incident resolution and technical issue escalation • Document activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system • Collaborate with Sales Management to evaluate business conditions and sales trends • Develop and implement proactive service and support plans with Sales Management

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be based in the Central or Eastern Time Zone • Strong work ethic and can-do attitude • Excellence in virtual communication, product presentations, media presentations, webinars, and video conferencing using varied technologies • Proven experience working collaboratively to achieve individual and team goals • Execution- and results-focused, with accountability for continuous improvement and attention to detail • Ability to provide excellent internal and external service • Self-starter with proven leadership qualities • Ability to develop and build strong customer relationships • 1+ years of relevant business experience in B2B sales support (desirable) • Medical device industry experience and knowledge preferred (desirable) • BA/BS in a business discipline or equivalent experience (desirable)
