• Achieve revenue goals for service sales and all assigned product lines • In-service and educate new and existing accounts • Manage all aspects of the assigned territory while meeting or exceeding performance goals • Provide daily updates on sales activity, competition, and business opportunities • Accurately maintain CRM activity and submit required paperwork in a timely manner • Submit monthly expense reports and manage expenses within the approved budget • Collaborate with Product Managers to generate new business and expand existing accounts • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all company product lines • Communicate effectively with Customer Experience and internal teams regarding customer needs • Complete issue resolution documentation in accordance with company policies • Report to management as directed, providing performance insights and territory assessments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • Minimum 2+ years of medical sales experience preferred (Healthcare, Medical, Pharmaceutical is a plus) • 4+ years of total sales experience with demonstrated success • Strong computer proficiency, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
