📋 Description
• Perform on-site residential energy audits • Use diagnostic tools to assess air leakage and energy performance • Collect and analyze utility data and building specifications • Educate homeowners about energy-saving opportunities • Collaborate with contractors and program managers • Maintain accurate records and submit documentation
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • 2+ years’ experience in field services/quality control and assurance • Certification as a BPI Building Analyst, RESNET HERS Rater, or equivalent • Knowledge of building science and construction • Must be a US Citizen • Ability to travel 25% to 75% of the time (limited overnight travel)
