📋 Description

• Respond to calls, emails, faxes, and new referrals, ensuring all new orders are acknowledged within 24 hours. • Process respiratory equipment orders accurately and ensure available orders are completed within 72 hours. • Review prescriptions, medical records, and required documentation prior to delivery and setup. • Verify insurance coverage, explain co-pays, deductibles, and coinsurance, and collect required patient payments. • Maintain communication with referral sources, providers, and internal teams to provide order updates and ensure timely service. • Coordinate with warehouse and supply teams to confirm equipment availability and delivery readiness. • Track pending orders, follow up on outstanding items, and support timely patient care and successful order completion.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Prior data entry experience • Strong typing and 10-key skills • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team • Experience working successfully in a remote work environment • Ability to maintain productivity, professionalism, and communication while working remotely
