We’re constantly evolving and improving to make sure we are and always will be “Best in Class” ... and we want that for you too! • Restaurant365 is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead cross-functional marketing efforts that accelerate pipeline creation and conversion. This role is responsible for owning the planning, execution, and optimization of high-impact campaigns that engage complex buying committees across channels—email, digital, partner, direct mail, and events. • As a senior member of the Demand Gen team, you will drive planning cycles, collaborate with Sales and cross-functional marketing teams, and contribute to the evolution of integrated programs that scale with the business. The ideal candidate combines campaign excellence with partner activation, performance tracking, and a passion for continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in B2B demand generation, campaign management, or growth marketing. • Demonstrated success in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline. • Strong collaboration skills with experience partnering with Sales, BDRs, and cross-functional marketing teams. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, 6Sense, Reachdesk, and digital marketing platforms. • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, vendors, and partner relationships simultaneously. • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. • Experience in SaaS, tech, or fast-paced growth environments is preferred.

🏖️ Benefits

• This position has a salary range of $115,000-$144,600. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
