📋 Description

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for open roles across all departments. • Deep Screening: Review CVs with a critical eye. You know how to read between the lines to find the actual skills and potential behind the buzzwords. • Pipeline Management: Manage our ATS to ensure a smooth workflow and a great candidate experience. • Interviewing: Conduct initial video screens to assess skills, cultural fit, and English proficiency. • Closing: Assist in the negotiation process and help close candidates effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor in Computer Science or other technical education. • 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience (agency or in-house). • Experience sourcing technical roles (Software Engineers and other IT roles) • You have experience using ATS platforms (experience with Workable is a plus). • You are persistent. You don't give up when a role is hard to fill; you try a different angle. • You have an entrepreneurial mindset. • Strong written & spoken communication skills in English. • You are social, outgoing, and confident in speaking with candidates from diverse backgrounds. • You are a self-starter, well-organized and know how to set priorities. • You are comfortable discussing salaries, rates, and terms.
