This hybrid role combines ad operations expertise with executive support responsibilities. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Meta advertising, excellent organizational skills, and a flexible mindset for balancing technical and administrative tasks. •Key Responsibilities: Paid Media Operations Manage paid social media ad budgets, making adjustments to ensure KPIs are hitting goals Proven experience conducting A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages across platforms (Facebook/Instagram) Create and traffic ads daily using the Meta ad buying interface, with a strong attention to detail & ensuring client ads are without error Perform weekly reporting on specific initiatives or overall account performance Build recurring and ad hoc reports and internal account analyses that are both performance & creative development-driven Strategize, execute, and manage a variety of client Meta ad campaigns Translate technical concepts into actionable, tactical and strategic action plans Familiarize yourself with client products & come up with promotional strategies on paid social Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests Gather data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions Experience with Google Ads and TikTok Ads is a strong plus Administrative Support Manage calendars and coordinate meetings across time zones Draft and organize agendas for internal and client-facing meetings Prepare and send out reports, recaps, and follow-up documentation Track project progress and maintain internal systems Support day-to-day operations with a high level of autonomy Qualifications:

•3–5 years of experience in Meta advertising and/or digital ad operations •Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite •Highly organized with strong attention to detail •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently •Comfortable in fast-paced and evolving work environments
